How much does Cooldel’s online grocery delivery cost? 

Cooldel is the most affordable solution to online grocery delivery. We charge only $9.49 for any order under $200 and we offer free grocery delivery on orders over $200. A 3.99$ service fee is charged to sustain our operations.

Do you offer FREE grocery delivery?

YES! You can get free delivery from any of our stores for any online grocery orders over $200.

Will I pay the same price on Cooldel.com as in-store?

Yes, all products are priced the same as in-store so you can be sure to always get the best deal at cooldel.com 

What happens if an item is out of stock?

You can choose to accept automatic substitutions before passing to checkout to allow the store shoppers to substitute any out of stock item with a similar product. Else, if some items are out of stock at the grocery store, a store shopper will call you to make replacements with you. Finally, the items that couldn't be replaced will be fully refunded to you.

What happens if there is an issue with my order?

If there is ever an issue with your order, you can contact us on our live chat available from 9am to 9pm. We will do everything we can to solve the problem.

What is the minimum order?

There is no minimum order! The delivery fee for orders under $200 is $9.49 and your grocery delivery is FREE for orders above $200.

Do I have to create an account before shopping?

No, you can shop as a guest. If you do create an account, your order can be saved so next time you shop with us, you will have your usual grocery list ready to be ordered. The shopping process will be easier and quicker. Create an account.

Cooldel delivers in Greater Montreal and we are always expanding our service areas. 

When do you deliver?

We deliver every day of the week. Your order will be delivered the same-day if you place it before 5pm. You will receive real time updates on your order as it gets assembled and on its way to you.

Cooldel has partnered with local grocers and we ensure that each order is packed by store personnel that already knows the products. You can be sure that your order will be packed with care and attention to make sure you receive the freshest products!
